Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Saffron Unisex Salon & Spa ("Saffron Spa," "we," "us," "our"), booking an appointment, or utilizing any of our spa, salon, or wellness services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.
Service Area: Saffron Spa is located at Near Hutatma Chowk, Kirloskar Road, Belagavi - 590001. These terms apply to all services including massages, therapies, salon treatments, and wellness consultations.
Appointments & Booking
To ensure a seamless experience, please adhere to the following booking guidelines:
- Advance Booking: Appointments are recommended and can be made via phone (+91 81973 24422), WhatsApp, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only after we verbally acknowledge or send a confirmation message. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and relax before your treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
- Right to Cancel: Saffron Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., therapist unavailability, emergency). We will notify you as soon as possible.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. Please respect the following cancellation guidelines:
- Cancellation Window: Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellation (within 4 hours): May incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value.
- No-Show: Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service value for the first occurrence. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
- Group Bookings: For parties of 2 or more, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us, and we will work with you compassionately.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website, menu, or provided verbally are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Current Menu Prices: Extreme Relaxation (₹6,000), Stress Buster (₹5,000), Foot + Head Massage (₹1,200), Synchronized Four Hand (₹5,000), Traditional Thai (₹3,500), Advanced Deep Tissue (₹3,500), Classical Swedish (₹3,500), Aromatherapy (₹2,500).
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers.
- Price Changes: Saffron Spa reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking.
- Deposits: For high-value services (above ₹5,000) or group bookings, we may request a 30% advance deposit, which is adjustable against your final bill.
Health & Safety Guidelines
Your well-being is our top priority. Please note the following:
- Medical Disclosure: You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications before receiving any treatment. Certain therapies (e.g., deep tissue, Thai massage) may not be suitable for individuals with specific conditions.
- Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may pose a health risk to you or our therapists.
- Hygiene & Conduct: We maintain the highest hygiene standards. Please behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Age Restrictions: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive spa treatments. Minors may only receive services with parental/guardian consent and accompaniment.
Pregnancy: Prenatal massages are available only after consultation and with written consent from your physician. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. However, please understand:
- No Refunds: Once a service has been rendered, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please speak with our manager immediately during your visit so we can address your concerns.
- Prepaid Packages/Gift Vouchers: Purchased packages or vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with prior notice. Expiration dates apply as mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Service Interruption: If a service cannot be completed due to client behavior or violation of our policies, no refund will be issued.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including images, text, logos, graphics, and videos (including those from our gallery and menu) — is the property of Saffron Spa or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use of our images or trademarks may result in legal action.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron Spa shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions that were not disclosed prior to treatment.
- Loss or damage of personal belongings while on our premises. We recommend keeping valuables secure.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photography & Recording
We may occasionally take photographs or videos within the spa premises for promotional or marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website gallery). If you prefer not to be included, please inform us before your service. You may not record or photograph other clients or staff without explicit consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belagavi, Karnataka.
Modifications to Terms
Saffron Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
